Shift is a boutique, principal-led studio. Clients work directly with Kristine Perpar from first sketch to final walkthrough, designing homes around the way second-home owners actually live in the mountains, balancing light, space, and natural materials with respect for place.

For Out-of-State Owners
Designing from afar
Many of our clients live out of state and manage their mountain home from a distance. Shift carries the design, the approvals, and the coordination with builders and local design review boards, so you can stay informed and involved without needing to be on site.
You work directly with Kristine Perpar throughout. We keep you close to every decision, and handle the rest.
